FORTISCHEM values an honest and fair approach

In our company, we have created an ethical code, the purpose of which is to encompass our entire corporate identity into a comprehensive document. The requirement to create this document arose primarily from the need for continuous improvement of corporate culture, but also to summarize all important company principles and information that form the foundation of the company’s values.

Thanks to the Code of Ethics, employees can better navigate various situations that may arise in the work process, making it very helpful for them. Therefore, on our website, everyone can find the code of ethics, which contains the moral and ethical principles that are binding for us.
