THE PURPOSE OF THE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED:

(a) offer trade, products and services,

(b) informing the contact details provided by the user.

(c) competitions for vacant posts,

(d) protecting persons and property and ensuring the security of systems and the network,

(e) the performance of the contract concluded,

(f) compliance with legal obligations, e.g. in payroll, accounting (payments for products or services delivered) or even data protection,

(g) personalising content and making the website easier to use,

h) compliance with the terms of use of the website,

(i) the enforceability of the general terms and conditions.

LEGAL BASIS:

(a) the processing of the personal data is necessary for the purpose of the legitimate interests of the controller or of a third party,

(b) a special regulation or an international treaty by which the Slovak Republic is bound, a treaty to which the data subject is a party, or for the implementation of a measure prior to the conclusion of a contract on the basis of a request by the data subject,
